GPI has announced the signing of an agreement to acquire the assets of the Company Sigma Informatica S.p.a. (SI). The transaction will be executed through the acquisition of all of the outstanding capital stock of a new company that will own the assets of SI, 100% in EDP Sistemi S.r.l and (33%) in Sigma Consulting S.t.p.r.l..
Based in Mestre (Venice), SI provides software-as-a service (“SaaS”) and full outsourcing services for the National Health Sector and Public Administration.
With a market share above 25% and over 150,000 employees of the NHS sector managed by its suite, SI is the market leader in HR management software for the Health Care sector in Italy.
