Redecam, the Italian producer of filtering equipment, has sold a majority stake to the private equity group Dundee Sarea for EUR 30m, the Italian language daily Il Sole 24 Ore reported.
The report cited Redecam chairman Giuseppe Bettoni. The report noted that Redecam has turnover of EUR 50m, and is looking to double that in the next four years.
The company said in a press release it was advised by Klecha on the capital raising.
